International English Language Competition
Come and take part in The X English Language Competition GOLDEN OWL of Gimnazjum nr 1 in Nysa, Poland and stand
a chance to win a nice prize! All students studying English as Foreign language are invited to test their English knowledge in this competition.
The pre selection takes place at your school. The final testing and selection of participants and the awarding of the prizes takes place in Gimnazjum nr 1 in Nysa, Poland.
Every year, this day turns out to be a celebration and having a traditional meeting of Golden Owls.
In the years 2000 - 2011, 7636 students from Polish, Hungarian, Slovakian, Romanian, Turkish and Italian schools took part in the written examinations.
In 2011, 24 learners were qualified for the final examination. The winner was Małgorzata Urbanowicz, Publiczne Gimnazjum z Oddziałami Dwujęzycznymi Strzelce Opolskie
